Where we deliver
We deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and selected EU destinations. Available countries and delivery options are shown at checkout.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery: 6-10 business days from order to arrival, including 1-2 business days for processing.

Business days for these estimates are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays affecting processing or delivery.
The estimate includes processing and transit and may vary by destination or customs clearance. Any specific delivery estimate agreed at checkout applies to your order.
Order cutoff
The order cutoff is 12:00 noon Central European local time (CET/CEST as applicable); orders after the cutoff enter processing on the next business day.
Confirmation and tracking
You receive an order confirmation after placing an order and a shipping confirmation with tracking when available after dispatch. The carrier may vary by destination.
If your order passes its estimated delivery window, contact support@olane-brand.com; you do not have to wait an additional two business days before asking for help.
Changes and cancellations
Contact support@olane-brand.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address change. We will confirm whether the order can still be stopped or changed. Once dispatched, we may be unable to intercept it.
This does not affect any applicable statutory withdrawal right or our return policy. Please check your delivery address before ordering.
Delivery problems
We remain responsible for goods during shipping arranged by us until you or your nominated recipient receives them.
If goods are lost, damaged, incorrect or delivered to the wrong location, contact us with your order details. Include photos where helpful. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy. Delivery estimates do not remove your statutory rights if delivery is late or fails.
Taxes and import charges
Shipping is free. Product and checkout prices use the currency displayed for your selected market. The total is shown before you place the order.
All taxes and import duties are included in the price. There are no additional customs fees on delivery.
